  Lucky Brand Jeans
- www.luckybrandjeans.com
New to online ecommerce Lucky Brand Jeans was having difficulty successfully selling jeans through the Internet site they developed. With my help we completely redesigned the site from the ground up. Created and developed a new customer centric site architecture to simplify the searching and order process. Redesigned the main navigation element to highlight the product categories. Created, developed and defined new page layouts to reduce page clicks, show the intricate details of the products and increase upsells. The goal of the redesign was to sell more jeans while continuing to build the "Lucky" brand.

Result: Within a week of launching the new redesign Lucky Brand Jeans was selling more merchandise than expected. More than 100% increase. They opened a new warehouse in San Luis Obispo, CA to handle just the web site merchandise. Now one of Lucky Brand Jeans most successful stores. The URL is highlighted in retail stores, shopping bags, window displays, and merchandise. To date, this is my favorite project.

ShopFujitsu.com
- www.shopfujitsu.com
Redesign and maintenance of a million dollar ecommerce web site for Fujitsu Computer Systems that sells LifeBook notebooks and Stylistic Tablet PCs to North America.

Result: Basic example of an ecommerce web site that was not growing at the speed of technology. Implemented Web Trends on the back-end immediately to track on-line conversions and begin collecting data on what was working on the site, and fixed what was not working to generate revenue. Redesigned over thirteen layouts from the homepage to the thank you page. Increased shopping cart conversions 100% by optimizing the product configuration and check out process. Increased accessory up sells over 1400%.

Increased the effectiveness of monthly ad spend to kill off the losers and keep the winners, cut costs on under performing online ad campaigns and was able to explore new untried options while providing a minimum 3:1 ROI performance ration. Increased site revenue substantially without increasing departmental headcount or budgets.

Directed and Managed relationships with highly visible internet portals sites to drive traffic through promotions, specials, exclusive offers and seasonal sales.

Result: Initially an online catalog for Copeland's Sports warehouse the site became one of the highest grossing stores. Selling more shoes and golf equipment than some retail stores. Validating the idea that a low overhead online presence can outperform traditional brick and mortar retail.
